From our initial interaction Stacey demonstrated her professionalism, trustworthiness, and accessibility. Top to bottom no stone was left unturned regarding the 'meat' of the home buying process. She was clear in her transmission of information and provided understanding of 'next steps' with enough time that I consistently felt prepared and was not once 'blindsided'. Stacey demonstrated proficient understanding of my rights as a buyer and disclosed all relevant information indepdendently. Providing adequate notice of the good, bad, and ugly of homebuying and her approachability set a foundation of trust for questions and concerns.
As a first time home buyer, I greatly depended on my agent to provide me with all information relevant for the transaction. I happened upon Stacey and Century 21 MMIL inc. by chance and easily established rapport and trust with the agent. This working relationship was critical to me as a buyer who was uncertain of many variables involved in the home buying process. Stacey demonstrated strong attention to detail, not only in the selection of properties to show, but in the identifying what I should be looking at as a homebuyer.
As we approached each property she was a human magnifiying glass; identifying strengths/weaknesses of the property, small details that may demonstrate high repair price costs, eye sores that were easy to upgrade, and tips/tricks that I should be aware of as a homebuyer. As a highly cautious person this sharing of knowledge provided me with a sense of power and understanding in arguably the largest purchase of my life to date.
My purchase was not as streamline as I had imagined, at fault of the seller, Stacey maintained full transparency with me throughout which fortified my comfort in the transaction. Following the inspection, she assisted in my identification of requests to be made and ensured that my expectations of outcomes was always realistic. She was available to myself and my father no matter the time, day, holiday, etc. Stacey provided multiple vendor options/ recommendations (including contact information) for inspections, mortgage brokers, lawyers as they were necessary throughout the purchase.
Stacey`s transparency, realism, and people centric nature paired with her knowledge, motivation to meet each of my needs, and availability make Stacey Digrande a 5 star agent who I am appreciative to have had the experience of working with.
